12-Week Transformation:
1-to-1 Coaching

A structured 12-week coaching experience designed to accelerate fat loss, build strength, and increase confidence. You’ll work one-on-one with me twice a week to build personalised workouts, fine-tune your nutrition, and reshape your body and mindset while gaining confidence and lasting habits.

Online Personal Training and Accountability

Flexible coaching designed for people who want expert guidance from anywhere. You’ll receive tailored training and nutrition plans, weekly video check-ins, and unlimited messaging support to keep you accountable and progressing.

Ongoing 1-to-1 Coaching (Monthly Plan)

A flexible monthly coaching option to help maintain momentum and build long-term consistency. Ideal if you want ongoing support without committing to a full 12-week programme.

  • 1–4 60-minute in-person sessions per week

  • Nutrition support + progress tracking

  • Pause or cancel anytime - no long-term contract or commitment required

  • 1 session per week: £220/month

  • 2 sessions per week: £440/month

Monthly coaching offers flexibility, with pricing reflecting the shorter commitment.

All 1-to-1 coaching prices include gym access at SMARTT Gym, so no separate membership is required. Discounted rates are available for SMARTT Gym, Hussle, Classpass and Wellbeing/Gympass members.

Do you offer personal training for beginners?

Yes - many clients start with little or no previous gym experience. Sessions are tailored to your current ability, with a focus on building confidence, good technique and sustainable habits. You’ll never be expected to “keep up” with anyone else.

What’s included in online personal training?

Online personal training includes a tailored training plan, regular check-ins, progress tracking and ongoing support. You’ll also receive guidance on nutrition and lifestyle habits, with adjustments made as you progress to keep you moving in the right direction.

How much is personal training in Crawley?

In-person training takes place at Smartt Gym in Crawley. If you don’t already have a membership, we can discuss the options and what’s required before you get started, so there are no surprises. All of the prices on this page assume you don't have membership or access to the gym already. If you do, I can offer you a discount.

Can you help with weight loss, strength or fitness?

Yes. Programmes are designed around your individual goals, whether that’s weight loss, building strength, improving overall fitness or increasing confidence. Your plan will be adjusted as you progress to keep it challenging and achievable.
